Kevin Hart: Don't F**k This Up

Kevin Hart is a great actor, comedian, and grounded individual. This documentary gives the audience an inside look into who Kevin Hart is. Nothing is off limits in this documentary. The audience sees the pain, laughter, lessons, and success of the man that brings so much joy to others.
Kevin Hart is a family man, respected business man, and an honest man. He doesn't try to sugar coat anything. For a society which places celebrities on a pedestal giving them the illusion of perfection which adds extreme pressure that illusion is broken.
The topics discussed I recall as many will, when they occurred such as the infidelity and Oscars scandal. This documentary reminds us that celebrities are human. They don't have it easy. In fact I feel they have it slightly harder being under a microscope at all times. We see the hurt in his wife's eyes recalling Kevin's infidelity but what makes it worse is that everyone knows about it. With the incident with the Oscars, Kevin reflects with regret but takes accountability for what he did wrong. This I feel separates him from so many. After viewing this documentary I can say that it makes me love Kevin more because he is real. He's not flaunting his wealth. He remembers where he comes from, growing everyday, and consistently learning about himself. He wants nothing more than what we all want for our families, to give them what we didn't have. The love he has for his family is touching and heart warming. The relationship between Kevin and his friends/colleagues is also touching. He cares about everybody. Kevin has gratitude for what he has accomplished while also giving credit to those who helped him get there and continue to move forward with him. It's documentaries like this that inspire us, give us hope for a better future for ourselves and our families, and motivates us to not allow important hard learning lessons to kick us down. I commend Kevin for opening up his world to us, to have his voice heard reminding each of us that we have flaws. It's how we choose to deal or repair those flaws that make the difference in our lives. If you have not watched this documentary yet I recommend you do. If you weren't a Kevin Hart fan before, I believe you will be one by the end of documentary series. Thank you Kevin for sharing this with us. You are an incredible person and we look forward to seeing what you have coming next. God bless you and your family.
